The idea behind the Velo House was always to celebrate the things in life we loved the most. Combining the love of cycling with great food, excellent coffee, knockout Belgian beers and a warm friendly family atmosphere was what we wanted to bring to The Velo House and nearly 2 years later we feel very proud of what we have achieved.

To celebrate our 2nd Birthday we wanted to introduce live music to The Velo House so we are a launching a monthly music club.. Being a fan of good music but with no inside knowledge we have teamed up with Bob Whitehand who has spent the last 10 years running an annual Charity Festival Bobstock as well as running Private House Gigs at his property and promoting the likes of Fairport Convention,The Webb Sisters,Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash,Carl Palmer from E.L.P and Blues Maestro Walter Trout and many more.

When we do new things at The Velo House we want them to be the best we can possibly do and bring something new and different to Tunbridge Wells. With Bob’s help we have managed to secure award winning and Platinum Album selling artists for our first 3 gigs.

Great music deserves great food and beer so we’ll be putting on a special evening menu and featuring guests beers from local breweries alongside our usual Belgian beers.

Kicking off the Velo House Music Club on Wednesday 13th April is award winning Blues and Rock Artist Marcus Bonfanti with a solo acoustic set .

Following this with Jim Cregan and Ben Mills playing all the best of The Faces and Rod Stewart on Wednesday 11th May we have 2 amazing gigs and a third in early June soon to be announced. . You can find out more about all these artists below but be quick, tickets for the first gig are on sale in the café and selling fast.
