The Velo House Workshop
“No job too small or tough”
On the pro scene mechanics work on every one of their team
riders bikes as if they were their own, in the knowledge that even the
slightest problem can cost a rider a result, live on TV! For us at The Velo
House we understand that whilst rainbow jerseys may not be at stake, a problem
with your bike will be just as frustrating. We don’t cut corners on our own
bikes and we'll always go the extra mile on yours too.
We’re fully trained and accredited on all of the most recent
technologies including Di2, EPS and eTap. More importantly we’ve got years of
experience of fixing everything from kid’s bikes to race machines. There are
plenty of things that you can’t learn on a course and you’d be amazed at some
of the fixes that we employ to resurrect your faithful steed!
In the week we offer General Services, Custom bike builds, a
range of Wheel builds and everything in between. Whatever the job is, it’s
always best to ring up and book some time in our diary (especially in peak
times), but we also offer a range of while-you-wait services at the weekend to
get you out of trouble!
Call us on 01892 554 505, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or pop in!
On the day of your service if you’re
able to drop the bike off to us before 9am we will normally have it ready for
you before 5pm unless it requires special parts to be ordered. If there is any
delay or change to your service we’ll let you know.
While-you-wait services are done on a
We’d never expect a bike to be
spotless but it is much appreciated if your bike is brought in relatively clean
state and will allow our mechanics to spend more time actually servicing the
bike – we charge an extra £10 for excessively dirty bikes.
Once completed we kindly ask that
bikes are collected within 48 hours. If for any reason this is not possible
please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
Bikes stored for more than 72 hours
will be charged at £10 per day.
Bikes not collected after one month
will be auctioned to cover costs.
